Awesome!  So you want to try us out?  That's great, come along for a free class.

So here's what you need to do......

STEP 1:

Select any class from our timetable......

*class times are subject to change and the above is indicative only, you must contact us to book into any class or open gym

STEP 2:

Email Lewis Jones, our head coach and tell him what class you would like to do, either go to the form at the very bottom of this page or click here: Lewis@crossfitwhakatane.co.nz

Please note, the free trial class is for Whakatane and Eastern Bay residents only, out-of-town visitors will pay a casual fee of $25 per class.

WHAT TO EXPECT?

You will be put into one of our regular CrossFit classes so you get a feeling of how we roll.  You will do a good warmup to get the body prepared to get strong, fit and generally more awesome!  You might do some running, weightlifting or bodyweight movements.  Every class is different.  Expect to be challenged but work at your own level of ability.

WHAT TO BRING?

Wear comfortable workout clothing and comfortable workout shoes, such as running shoes or cross-training shoes.  Also please bring a water bottle.

PARKING?

There is plenty of parking along Gateway Drive.  Please be considerate and do not park in our neighbours designated car parks.  Please park on the road.
